Runn is a food ordering and delivery application that connects customers with nearby restaurants and food providers. Users can browse menus, place food orders, and receive deliveries at their preferred location.
To provide our services effectively, Runn collects the following types of information:
Mandatory: Mobile number and location are required for core app functionality and delivery services.
Optional: Email, date of birth, gender, and profile picture can be added by users at their discretion.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect user data. All information is securely stored and accessed only for legitimate business purposes.
Users should never share OTPs, PINs, or login credentials with anyone.
Runn does not sell or misuse personal user data. Information is shared only with restaurants and delivery partners to fulfill food orders.
Runn uses Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway, to process payments. We do not collect or store card details, UPI credentials, or sensitive payment data.
Razorpay processes transactions securely in accordance with its own privacy policy. Runn only receives payment confirmation and transaction status.

Runn is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
